How can I get good an employment that pays well for university graduates?

SINCE I GRADUATED ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO, I HAVE BEEN UNDEREMPLOYED. I REALLY WANT TO GET A JOB THAT PAYS WELL OR SOMETHING THAT I WILL BE DOING ON MY OWN TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY FAMILY.
