Anyone knows any site that offers a lot of good healthy recipes for dinner? Meals that are easy to prepare and can be prepared within 15 minutes? Thanks in advanced

- Stuff you can make yourself: Stir Fry, quick n easy and rice noodle dishes very quick just do a search for stir fry for recipes k and a search for rice noodles it'll bring something up.
- I found that the best meals are really the ones you make yourself. The quicky meals--especially heat and serves have a HUGE amount of preservatives and salt in them. What I did was take a Saturday or Sunday and cook two or three large meals and freeze them. Maybe you and a few buds could get together (ones that can cook) and each of you cook a large meal and then exchange them for a lot of variety? Just a thought.

- You should try http://www.thefoodnetwork.com since they have different variety of foods you can make. If you try Rachel Ray's 30-minute foods, that will be good and you can always reheat the food for the next meal, as well.
