what are the websites for fresh graduates to apply managerial positions (such as general manager)?

hi there; i have been searching for websites for fresh graduates but all the websites cater for experience candidates; im interested to apply for managerial position in any industry; what would you suggest to fresh graduate? share ur experience; im singaporean; thanks for sharing and answering

1. Hi VJ, Its difficult (or maybe even impossible) to get a managerial job without experience in most companies. There's likelihood you may be able to work as sales manager, funds manager, Project manager, recruitment manager, etc. But these jobs are (mostly) not orientated at managing people. You may stand better chances in the shipyards or construction sites at managing people, but the jobs are geared towards foreman jobs. Sorry if the words below offend you in any way: My suggestion is to start fresh just like anyone else, and firm your base first. With enough experience, then take your next steps accordingly. Also, try setting your expectations closer to practical reality.
2. Do you know what is the role and responsibility of a general manager? If you do not, I suggest you don't even try for the position. There is a reason why people look for experience for the position. The best way for you to be a general manager immediately upon graduation is to start on your own company or ask your father to make you the general manager of the company owns
3. Your question speaks volumes for Singapore education. Two of my kids chose finance but educated at NYU and Rutgers, came back to Singapore, accepted entry level training jobs and are earning more than 4K while training. The Government has pumped millions into making Singapore finance grads affordable to the industry. Why are you trying to find a different crack to squeeze through?
