Do companies in the USA offer graduate positions?

Do companies in the USA offer graduate positions? in Australia a lot of big companies will offer graduate positions to graduating and recently graduated students(generally at the start of the year) and applications must be in about 9 months before. and they offer more training and experience in the work place, while still on a generally good wage. and last between one to two years. so does the usa have things like this. and if so are they only open to us citizens?

2. similar offers in usa too however, these jobs are given to american citizens first before offering to foreign grads, unless there are no qualified american grads
